Marcel Holtmann 532caffeb3 Bluetooth: Ignore isochronous endpoints for Intel USB bootloader
commit d92f2df0565ea04101d6ac04bdc10feeb1d93c94 upstream.

The isochronous endpoints are not valid when the Intel Bluetooth
controller boots up in bootloader mode. So just mark these endpoints
as broken and then they will not be configured.

Marcel Holtmann 541086495d Bluetooth: Add support for Intel bootloader devices
commit 40df783d1ef1989ac454e3dfcda017270b8950e6 upstream.

Intel Bluetooth devices that boot up in bootloader mode can not
be used as generic HCI devices, but their HCI transport is still
valuable and so bring that up as raw-only devices.

Champion Chen 41ba8fa07c Bluetooth: Fix issue with USB suspend in btusb driver
commit 85560c4a828ec9c8573840c9b66487b6ae584768 upstream.

Suspend could fail for some platforms because
btusb_suspend==> btusb_stop_traffic ==> usb_kill_anchored_urbs.

When btusb_bulk_complete returns before system suspend and resubmits
an URB, the system cannot enter suspend state.

In addition to bringing in upstream commits, this merge also makes minor
changes to mainitain compatibility with upstream:

The definition of list_next_entry in qcrypto.c and ipa_dp.c has been
removed, as upstream has moved the definition to list.h. The implementation
of list_next_entry was identical between the two.

irq.c, for both arm and arm64 architecture, has had its calls to
__irq_set_affinity_locked updated to reflect changes to the API upstream.

Finally, as we have removed the sleep_length member variable of the
tick_sched struct, all changes made by upstream commit ec804bd do not
apply to our tree and have been removed from this merge. Only
kernel/time/tick-sched.c is impacted.

Adam Lee ea78875917 Bluetooth: fix wrong use of PTR_ERR() in btusb
commit d9c78e9738ccd0017b10b8f44462aafb61904a4a upstream.

PTR_ERR() returns a signed long type value which is limited by IS_ERR(),
it must be a negative number whose range is [-MAX_ERRNO, 0).

The bug here returns negative numbers as error codes, then check it by
"if (ret < 0)", but -PTR_ERR() is actually positive. The wrong use here
leads to failure as below, even panic.

Marcel Holtmann 9f8f962c85 Bluetooth: Use separate function for BCM92035 vendor setup
Trying to squeeze every single vendor setup routine into the same function
and have it assigned all the time is actually a bad idea. Especially since
the core can handle the absence of a setup routine perfectly fine.

To make this a lot simpler for future additions of vendor setup code,
split the BCM92035 setup into its own function and only assign it when
this specific device has been detected.

Doing it like this has the nice side benefit that we do not have to keep
a copy of the driver_info around.

Henrik Rydberg 1fa6535faf Bluetooth: Add support for Apple vendor-specific devices
As pointed out by Gustavo and Marcel, all Apple-specific Broadcom
devices seen so far have the same interface class, subclass and
protocol numbers. This patch adds an entry which matches all of them,
using the new USB_VENDOR_AND_INTERFACE_INFO() macro.

In particular, this patch adds support for the MacBook Pro Retina
(05ac:8286), which is not in the present list.
